Membership Information

Memberships are valid at the Rec Center ONLY and include access to the fitness floor, indoor walk/run track, fitness classes, and open courts. Memberships are not valid at our Activity Center or Sports Complex and do not include access to the aquatics or gymnastic areas.

Memberships*

Full-time BVSD employees are eligible to receive a discounted price on memberships. Verification is required before the discount will be applied.

Monthly Memberships

Your recurring deduction will occur on the 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a holiday or weekend, the funds may not transfer until the next business day. No monthly membership can be cancelled prior to completing one billing cycle.

Discounts: Individuals 13 and under, and individuals 55 and above, are eligible to receive $5 off their membership price.
NOTE: If adding additional memberships, please visit us in person at the Rec Center to ensure you receive the multi-person discount. 

Cancellation policy: The termination of an auto-deduct membership must be requested to BVRC with a minimum of 14 business days’ notice prior to the next billing date. Any notice less than 14 days prior to the next billing date will result in one (1) more automatic withdrawal payment before a membership will be cancelled.

Annual Memberships

These memberships will expire at the end of the specified time period. Non-refundable. No early cancellations.
If you add an individual to your existing membership during the annual term agreement, the additional membership will begin at the new date of the addition and will continue for a new 12-month period.

Insurance Based Memberships

The Blue Valley Rec Center offers memberships through select health insurance plans. If eligible, you could receive a membership to our facility at no additional cost. Please call or visit us in person for more information or to sign up.
